Recently our company has made many new improvements.
We not only specialize in manufacturing of all kind of plastic injection parts and injection molds, also invest a new die-casting/machining production line.
Our Die-casting factory is located in Dongguan Fumen, ISO certificated.
We have 4 sets die-casting machines up to 500ton and 11 sets CNC & 5 CNC-Lathes for the Die-casting secondary operation. And we make die-casting tooling in house. We invest a lot in engineering system because we think it like a brain. Good design and control tooling in house can guarantee the high quality of the parts.
We have full experience in Aluminum Alloys/Copper Alloys/zinc alloy die-casting.
For the surface finish we can do Anodized, Powder coating, Electrophoresis, Wire drawing before anodized, Polish, Heat treatment.
More than 45 engineers who will take care of all project details and take part in the design/quality control. CY has ability to keep customer well.
